Jo Bennett first learned to meditate 20 years ago and was inspired to share with others the benefits of mindfulness meditation through her own experience of applying this to chronic illness and pain. 

Jo has been teaching MBCT for the past three years and has trained in Mindfulness Based Approaches (to Teaching Diploma level) at the University of Wales at Bangor.  She is also training as a psychotherapist.
