
Shubha has been practising meditation in a Buddhist context since 1990 and teaching meditation for the last ten years.
She currently teaches numeracy for young adults, which she believes can help them develop concentration and a sense of mastery, among other things, to support them in achieving their life goals.
Shubha did an MBCT course in 2004 to understand her own experience of depression, and soon began teaching several courses herself. Her interest led her to the University of Wales at Bangor where she studied part time for two years. She now has a Diploma in Mindfulness-Based Approaches.
