This is a new follow on course to build on the MBCT and MBRP courses. It will explore Buddhist psychology and meditation to help stay well from addiction and depression, as well as drawing on positive psychology and 'third wave' therapies such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and compassion focussed therapy.
