Breathing Space runs weekly drop-in classes for people who have completed a Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention (MBRP) course or a Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) course. These sessions can help you refresh your memory about the practices and techniques you learnt on your course. Keeping up a regular practice in this way can be very helpful in preventing repeated relapses into addiction.

What happens at the Breathing Space weekly drop-in

We start with a cup of tea and an informal chat. Then, we'll do a guided meditation together - like the ones you learnt on your Breathing Space course. You'll get a chance to talk about how this went and ask our teachers questions.

Where, when and who

The weekly drop-in classes are held at Breathing Space every Monday evening from 7.15 to 9pm. No need to book, just turn up at Breathing Space. To join this class, you need to have completed a Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention (MBRP) course or Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) course at Breathing Space.

How much

£6 full wage, £4 low wage, £2 unwaged.
