The mental health benefits of walking in nature are clear. Reduced stress, increased mental clarity, exercise for the body, and enjoying beauty are all positive factors. Kavaradhi explores how nature can be found on our doorsteps. And in actively seeking out and cultivating the natural world close by to us, we can always reap the benefits of nature – however urban our setting, and however busy our lives.

Led by:

Kavāradhī

Kavaradhi is an ordained Buddhist and lives in a Buddhist community in the countryside. She has been practising mindfulness and meditation for 15 years, with an emphasis on nature, walking and the imagination. She formerly worked for the NHS, and is now a gardener.
