First Aid Kit for the Mind: Breaking the Cycle of Habitual Behaviours

25th March at 7-8.30pm

A special meet and greet masterclass on zoom with author and teacher Dr Vimalsara Mason-John.

Vimalasara’s new book explores how to break out of our habits to live life to our full potential. In this special guest workshop, they will offer accessible and practical first aid tools for participants to take away. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions and dig deep into the roots of our behaviours.

All welcome.

All attendees will receive a £15 discount for the in-person Teacher Trainer intensive course: Mindfulness Based Addiction Recovery that is for professionals, people with addictions who wish to teach the tools to their friends, families and communities. This MBAR course will give you skills to teach on a one-to-one, as well as in a group setting. Vimalasara will be in the UK for the course.
