Stress Busters: Resolving Panic Attacks

Panic attacks come from states of extreme anxiety. They are frightening and equally, they are common. In this workshop, Danadhara will use a mindfulness approach to explore panic attacks. He will consider what they are, what our bodies are telling us, and how we can resolve them.

Danadhara co-leads the London Buddhist Centre’s 12-step and Buddhism group. He’s a recently ordained Buddhist and lives with his family in east London. He’s interested in encountering life with mindfulness, meditation and compassion.
