Mindfulness Online: Cultivate Compassion

Breathing Space is running interactive, online sessions in 2025.

You’ll take away a key mindfulness tool that is easy to use; and receive

plenty of input from experienced Buddhist teachers on how to apply mindfulness techniques

in daily life. There will be the opportunity to practice, be guided in meditation, and ask

questions.

During 2025, we will focus on key principles of mindfulness. Together, these principles will

equip you to set up and sustain a mindfulness practice.

In this online session we explore how we can cultivate compassion; one of the key principles of mindfulness. The workshop is led by Anantavira, an accredited mindfulness facilitator and experienced Buddhist teacher. He will guide us through an ancient meditation on loving kindness, designed to cultivate compassion for self and others. He will be exploring the many benefits of developing a compassion practice; will offer a practical tool to take away and answer your questions.

Led by:

Anantavira

Anantavira is a Buddhist and mindfulness practitioner. He loves seeing the transformation that can occur as a result of people practicing mindfulness and living more intentionally. He is particularly interested in exploring the intersection of mindfulness and modern digital technology, and how we can live a meaningful life amidst the noise.
