Grief and Loss, either for someone, or something, is major part of life that we all face. Whether that is a job, a relationship, or the death of a loved-one, grief can have a deep and lasting impact.

In this workshop, we will explore the impact of loss. We will learn about the patterns of the grief experience and how we might actually deepen our understanding of life through loss. Many people find that amongst the pain is also an opportunity for personal growth and deep connection.
