Mindfulness Online: Facing Suffering

Breathing Space is running interactive, online sessions in 2025.

You’ll take away a key mindfulness tool that is easy to use; and receive

plenty of input from experienced Buddhist teachers on how to apply mindfulness techniques

in daily life. There will be the opportunity to practice, be guided in meditation, and ask

questions.

During 2025, we will focus on key principles of mindfulness. Together, these principles will

equip you to set up and sustain a mindfulness practice.

It’s not easy to meet our suffering head on. In this workshop, Aryavandana an accredited mindfulness facilitator and experienced Buddhist teacher, explores how when we face challenge we can lessen unnecessary suffering. The session includes a guided meditation where we turn towards our suffering and meet it with gentle acceptance, rather than away from it; and she offers tools and a technique that will help us meet suffering with shared humanity and strength.

Aryavandana

Aryavandana works for Breathing Space and oversees the online programme. She is an artist, a mindfulness practitioner and an accredited coach. She enjoys seeing participants benefitting from the tools, and sharing the tools with their friends, family and co-workers.
