All of our courses are co-led by two practising Buddhists who meditate daily and strive to live mindfully and compassionately.

Acaladevi
Kavyamani
Acaladevi works in the charity shop for the London Buddhist Centre, Lama's Pyjamas, and has been practising mindfulness for over 15 years. She was ordained into the Triratna Buddhist Order in 2022. Acaladevi is co-leading this course as part of her Breathworks accreditation process.
Kavyamani is a Buddhist name meaning 'Jewel of Inspiration'. It was here, at Breathing Space, on a mindfulness for depression course, where she first learned to meditate. It was the beginning of a journey that continues to this day and has radically transformed her life. She lives and works in the local Tower Hamlets community and wants to share all she has gained from Breathing Space, with anyone who comes calling to its doors.
We’ll email you a few times a month about our upcoming events, providing all the links you need to join in.
