Stress Busters

End the year with a workshop on stress buster tools. You will learn the resilience you need to guide you through the festive season. You will be able to meet challenge with courage, and be equipped with helpful tools to manage anxiety and stress.

Led by:

Cahit

Cahit is a member of the Breathing Space Team at the London Buddhist Centre, running mindfulness sessions and retreats for both corporate and community outreach projects. He is a certified Leadership Development Trainer and Coach with ten years experience working with groups and individuals. A practising Buddhist he is inspired by how mindfulness and meditation can genuinely change and transform lives.
