Resilience is not about gritting our teeth to muster the strength to get through another day, yet this is a tactic many of us unhelpfully adopt! Resilience Training is about turning towards difficulty and extending our window of tolerance to stress by cultivating a kindly awareness. You will learn how to cultivate resilience in this workshop by paying attention to the breath and body. You will understand how to meet challenge with courage, and be equipped with helpful tools to manage anxiety and stress.

Cahit is a member of the Breathing Space Team at the London Buddhist Centre, running mindfulness sessions and retreats for both corporate and community outreach projects. He is a certified Leadership Development Trainer and Coach with ten years experience working with groups and individuals. A practising Buddhist he is inspired by how mindfulness and meditation can genuinely change and transform lives.
